Joinery Wood

When you're looking for quality wood timber, the Kinský sawmill offers a product that combines a long tradition of forestry with precise craftsmanship and a deep commitment to nature.

Sourced from the Kinský family's own forests, our wood is harvested with a focus on sustainable forest management. This approach ensures that our timber is not only an environmentally conscious choice, but also a reliable material for artisans who prioritize quality, functionality, and durability in their finished products.

Origin and Quality

This timber is primarily used for making panel boards for solid wood furniture, doors, staircases, and windows. Thanks to the precise milling, it's also suitable for other joinery and construction projects that require high dimensional accuracy and a clean cut.
Our joinery timber is produced from carefully selected butt logs of both hardwood and softwood. We focus on the quality of the raw material and the precision of the cut.

Kiln Drying

Our timber is dried in modern kiln dryers to an optimal moisture content of 10–12%. This process ensures maximum stability and resistance to warping. Once dry, the wood is stored in a climate-controlled environment to maintain its quality and desired properties.

We can also process other types of hardwood and softwood in various dimensions to meet specific customer requirements.
